The room was spacious, cozy with stylish yet simple furnishings. The lighting was natural. Pretty clean and not expensive hotel in Baixa / Chiado district. And I was right in the city center. Early check-in and the stuff was welcoming.

Extremely helpful staff, historic location and airy room. Easy access to Humberto Delgado airport, within 0.5 miles. And it also had exceptional view. Moreover, we could park our car nearby.

I appreciated the very central location, breathtaking view, great-sized rooms. They had delicious breakfast with variety of items to choose from. The venue was a short way from Lisbon downtown. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Very clean place accompanied by VERY ATTENTIVE staff. Simply delicious breakfast, we appreciated it. Well-maintained rooms and great. Fab location, within walking distance of a 1902-built elevator.

The hotel and room were immaculately clean. The room was tidy and tastefully decorated. Breakfast staff were ready to help & cheerful. Service was courteous in the great central property.

The bed was a little small, unfortunately.

We recommend the place. We booked king room for 6 nights and had a pleasant stay. What's more, free Wi Fi & public parking were available. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Liked that this hotel was right by Baixa-Chiado subway station.

Nice place for exploring Lisbon. We had a nice stay. Loved that the room had air conditioning, a laptop-size safe and a work desk...

The bed was comfortable, after a long drive. It was adjacent to doca da caldeirinha. Convenient base for your vacations in Lisbon.

The room was dark.
